Streltsov
In September 2019, the film distributor Central Partnership asked me to photograph the principal cast of Ilya Uchitel’s film Streltsov. It tells the dramatic life story of Eduard Streltsov, a controversial Soviet-era football star.
Eduard Streltsov
Eduard Streltsov was a legendary Soviet football forward who played for Torpedo and the Soviet national team in the 1950s and 1960s. He scored the fourth-highest number of goals for the Soviet Union.
We shot in a “green room”, a mid-sized sound stage partly covered in chroma-key screen. That gave the post-production team, Fiero Animals, more options for the ads and promo designs.
